Overview
The conference on Day 1 will provide a comprehensive insight on the latest developments and the upcoming challenges in Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnership Law. Special focus will be given to Fraud and Corruption in Public Procurement, E-Procurement and Procurement & Innovation.
The workshop on Day 2 focusses on the implementation of the new EU Concessions Directive and Concessions in Practice. The intensive workshop format offers a perfect platform for discussion, interaction and maximum participation. Rather than covering the basics, it concentrates on concrete issues and practice.
Participants will receive expert guidance on how to interpret and meet the new challenges from a legal and practical perspective. Various practical case studies leave time for lively debates and in-depth discussion of individual questions.
